Kooljaman Wins National Award for Indigenous Tourism

Kooljaman at Cape Leveque was announced as the national winner of the Indigenous Tourism category at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards on Friday. The annual gala dinner event brought together 900 industry leaders in Melbourne to recognise excellence in the tourism industry.

Other finalists in this fiercely contested category were:

• Riverlife Mirrabooka — Queensland
• AAT Kings Tiwi Tours — Northern Territory
• Ningenneh Tunapry — Tasmania
• Booderee National Park — New South Wales
• Bookabee Tours Australia – South Australia
